This note covers this website: jellypsych.com. The Jelly product that psychologists sign into is a separate system governed by HIPAA and FERPA; more on that below.
What we collect
Two things:
- Form submissions you choose to send us: your name, email, role, entity name, and anything you write in a message box.
- Basic analytics: which pages get visited, so we can make the site better.
What we don't collect
Information about the people you assess. Please never enter anything about a child, family, or individual you work with (like names, histories, or scores) on this site, including the free tools. This site isn't the place for it; the product is.
How we use what you send
To respond to you and to set up your trial. We never sell your information, and we never use it to train AI.
The product
Inside the product, Jelly Psych (a product of Certain Technologies, Inc.) operates as a Business Associate under HIPAA, complies with FERPA, and using Jelly includes a signed BAA. Assessment data there is encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold, and never used to train AI models. For the product's privacy documentation:
